How do we build, you might ask?

It all starts with communication.  No relationship can be built without great communication.  Likewise, no home can be built without great communication.

For us, communication and the development of the relationship starts from the very first contact. It starts when we offer you a complete list of clients from the previous year to demonstrate that we have nothing to hide as we have a strong history of  pleasing every customer.

It continues thru the bidding process, which we take very seriously.  We spend a lot of time talking with you and making sure that we understand exactly what you want so that we can get our bid RIGHT.

It continues after we sign a contract and begin to build your home.  Whenever you call with a question or concern, we quickly return it so that you know what is going on at all times.

It continues after we complete your home.  Why?  Because when you are ready to build your next home, we want to be the first one you call.
